All new service users are offered a free of charge taster day and then a six week trial period. During this time WHM assesses support and supervision needs, can decide upon appropriate support level needs and it enables both parties to ensure that it is the right service for the individual. Information is also gathered from the individual, parents/ carers, social workers, colleges/school (if relevant) and any health professionals involved.
